You're Invited on an Adventure

Welcome to Lifelihood.

Life is a tapestry woven together from many bits and pieces – our mindsets, emotions, sensations, and experiences. There’s a choice to compartmentalize things, or choose a more holistic approach, which I’ve found creates a happier, simpler, and more authentic life.

Our dreams and visions intermingle with our ideas about money and how we use our time or the work we do. Sometimes we identify strongly with one or two areas of our life and ignore the others – which can work well for a time.

We lock ourselves down into a fixed state, hoping nothing changes or gets derailed. But if there is one truth in life, it is that everything changes.

So, how do we develop happiness, simplicity, and authenticity?

True happiness comes not from things being just so or from experiencing the exact right situation. Instead, true and lasting happiness comes from our ability to bend and shift with the changes.

Simplicity comes from having good tools and knowing ourselves. The life you create may have many layers, but it becomes a whole lot simpler when you know how to let go of what doesn't work, including the stories you've developed around work, time, money, and your vision for this life.

Being authentic is being true to yourself and your vision for a meaningful life.

We have this powerful gift – we can choose to be happy at any time. We can enjoy the beauty of this human life and all its messiness. We can wake up to happiness, knowing it isn’t dependent on a situation or an outcome. Maybe you’ve heard this before – and maybe you haven’t. Throughout the program, you’ll have the chance to test it.

This program takes you on a journey. Each of the 21 days has a short contemplation – offered in both audio and written formats - and an exercise where you’ll look at one or two of the four elements of vision, time, money, and work and experience how they affect each other. The questions help you see the relationship between them, and then you can let go of what no longer works in your life.

You’ll get to know yourself better and consider if you want to release old mindsets, habits, and patterns that aren’t working. See, my job isn’t to tell you what to think. You have all the wisdom inside you. I’m here to guide you on your adventure. In Lifelihood, I share the best tools I know – curiosity, writing, contemplation, visualization, and meditation.
